Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
